How do I cope with being a beta male?

How do I cope with being a beta male? I’ve never had a girlfriend, no friends, and have social anxiety. Nobody speaks to me and it seems like everyone hates me. People always seem weirded out when I stutter and make faces. I don’t know what to do anymore. I’m the definition of a loser beta male. Should I hop on an SSRI or propanolol? Does propanolol help for social anxiety?
