Ive been stuttering more ever since the pandemic started to happen

Ive been stuttering more ever since the pandemic started to happen I'm not one to stutter, I have a lisp but thats just about all of my speech issues. But ever since the pandemic, ive been stuttering more and more, once during an online like class i said "jessing" instead of guessing... twice. Is it because ive been talking to my friends more online with text and not speech? I don't know, its just been bothering and my brother has been making fun of me for it lol.
