Thanks for the alternate opinion from a female! Didn’t know we had those in this sub lol. All of what I say only pertains to me and for what I believe is my future betterment. I do however sorta agree with most of what you say. If I was in a different situation, I might even fully agree. I tend to be the contrarian on several matters of stuttering, mostly because I hate stuttering. I’m not going to accept it. Ever. I am getting better and the last twelve months I have improved drastically. I am WILLING that I’ll appear fluent in almost all situations in the next 24 months. To me, disclosing it means that stuttering wins. It means that I gave up. It beat me. Maybe it even perpetuates, bolsters the stutter. I can’t allow that in my one short life. Thanks for chatting
