This hits home so much. I'm in medical school and even though I'm always in the top few for multiple choice exams, I failed a few of the clinical exams (where we have to interview fake patients on front of someone grading us). Those people who didn't hire you are the incompetent ones, not you. Someone smart will come along and hire you and you will be an amazing employee because of how hard you work. You are way more than your stutter and smart/good people will realize that. Best of luck, don't let this hold you back. We just all have to be a bit more patient than everyone.
