If you believe you aren't worth it for that reason, then none of us are. This happens to me too, and frankly it's depressurizing and reassuring that I at least can make that decision for myself. When I say "eff it nvm" it feels good because although I can't control my ability to be fluent, I feel in control to choose to let things go. I hope you do too ❤️
