I am speaking from experience of going out to clubs and bars with women who stutter in addition to extensive conversations regarding this exact topic. I have been attending The National Stuttering Association Conference for 11-years. I was also a National Stuttering Association Chapter Leader for five years in which all genders attend. It is a frequent topic in chapter meetings and offers great discussion. In addition, I have dated a women who stutters where we discussed this topic in depth. Stuttering can be terrible for all genders.
