My goal is to go back to what I used to do: speak comfortably and not have to do what I do now to speak. Not controlling or hiding my stutter. Maybe the word "reverse" isn't the right word. My intended meaning was returning to the person I used to be. My take on people who lose their stutter over the years is that they gradually let go of the thoughts of stuttering, which probably occurs psychologically. I know I sound very stubborn but that's how I feel about it.
