So it’s like you stuttered because you ‚trained‘ yourself to stutter. Like in stressful situations. You overcame that with positive affirmations right? How long did it take (I think you said three years)? Did you do daily exercises somehow? Do you still fall back into those blocks in very stressful or difficult situations? Is the feeling of coming blocks still there (so can you feel possible blocks that will probably come in the coming words)?
