Medicalized words such as anxiety, depression - isolation is an actual human problem haha it causes a lot of issues psychologically (why do u think in prison they put ppl in solitaire confinement). Probably that they say there is no cure but you can expose yourself enough to desensitize yourself to it or at minimum forgive life for giving u the impediment.
