Careful not to focus on one particular narrow route of description and analysis. There are many contexts for spontaneity, and in truth, there are many situations where a stutterer may enter into. Only some of these will fit your idea, and only some of these will be anything that relates to a stutter at all. And yet the stutterer is moving through all of it - which you have to account for, if you mean to state anything general. We have to state that which remains correct, even when we move elsewhere. Don't trick yourself into believing there's something that you're not doing, or doing to the detriment of yourself. Stuttering is not your doing - not your _fault_, as it were - and by focusing too narrowly on your chosen aspect, I think you're doing yourself a disservice. We're all more or less marred in various ways, but this is something we remain in the process of dealing with. It is not a destiny.
