As you've said, she enjoys the session because she actually gets to speak, uninterrupted and probably not feel pressured to speak fluently or quickly. The important part is that you're making her comfortable to speak. If she isn't brining up struggles with her stutter in the session, then leave it be. Just keep doing what you're doing, talk to her and listen to her like any other person, that's all anyone of us would want
