I'm not sure if i understand your question. If you are asking if you should make a resume or a CV, unless you are applying for a graduate program or professional position you don't really need a CV. A resume will do. And if you are asking if you should make your own or grab a template of the internet, either works. A friend of mine sent me her resume and I made mine based off on hers. Just don't try to get too fancy with it.
