Wrong. Cluttering is its own thing. :) It's not a sub-part of stutter (but there may be symptomatic overlap). In case this is a matter of language barrier, you should know that "cluttering" does indeed refer _specifically_ in this case. Perhaps this definition is slightly novel in nature, and I think there's even less research on it than on stutter (not sure, though).
