Biting the insides of my mouth

Biting the insides of my mouth Hey guys! I was wondering if anyone else bit the insides of their mouth, resulting in bleeding as a result of violent facial contortion. Basically, when trying to get out my words, I contort my mouth and will often bite open my mouth, and clench on my teeth so hard that I get a headache after talking to people for long enough. Sometimes in public places, I will have to excuse myself so I can spit out the blood.
