Hi, I'm wondering if you stutter when you talk alone to yourself? I don't stutter when talking alone so recently I'm repeating words that I'm thinking I would have hard time to say, to myself aloud many times. The way I want to show to my timid part of brain that actually I can say these words. Then I could it was working because next time I was able to say these words quickly and easily when they came up in conversation. Also now I'm allowing myself to stutter in repetition mode but in a real or pretended relaxed way. Only I cannot accept my blocks because then I cannot say what I want. I think people will feel relaxed around us if they feel we stutter in a laid back way instead of tensed up blocks. Good luck 👍
