In terms of the virgin part, quite seriously I suggest hiring a hooker. I wasn't a virgin when I experimented with hookers, but it was a great move for my sexual confidence. It was more body shyness I was worried about than stuttering at the time, but the girls are paid to be there, so there's zero pressure on you. It could do a lot for your confidence with women to get that out of the way, see what it's about and not put so much emphasis on every girl you meet in real life.
