You could start by telling people how to relax. Different practices/methods that can help reduce anxieties (since you mentioned it's anxiety based). Maybe, if you know it, expand on what happens inside the body when you're stressed vs relaxed. IDK, I know what you're talking about but it's for others to get informed.
