You're bound to have speech blocks here and there. But working in such an environment might be great for your fluency. Look at it as an opportunity. Like u/tmmy_1144 said, you don't want to deal with regret. The sting of severe disfluencies faded much quicker than the regret of letting my stutter make my decisions. You didn't choose to have a stutter. Don't let the stutter make your choices.
