Oh my God, I hate phone interviews so much! People ask me, "Are you nervous?" I tell them no, but then they're like, "Well, why are you stuttering?" or "Why can't you talk?" There's no way you can tell somebody that you don't have control over that because they'll think you have Tourette's or something (not that having Tourette's is the worst thing in the world).
