How to feel any positive emotions, how to achieve happiness, how to find purpose? I was thinking a lot, and i realized that lately everything seems meaningless, it's not because i am very sad or depressed - no, i am aware of everything, i am just curious why we feel like this, why it happens, it feels like every action doesn't have a purpose: waking up, eating, taking shower, it starts to feel like job, which is not okay i guess, cause usually people don't feel like this, right? So, how to fix it? How to start to feel a purpose, a desire to do something, and is it even possible? Does someone feel the same?
