I’m always super skeptical of these “<insert celebrity here> is a stutterer”. I just don’t buy it. I’m a mild stutterer and it’s had a profound effect on my life with how I present myself and my self confidence. If any of these celebrities were actually chronic stutterers I can’t imagine them being super successful in the entertainment industry. Maybe I’m cynical. But it just reminds me of those people you meet who notice you have a stutter and they proceed to tell you that they “stutter sometimes too!”. No you don’t. You stumble over your words sometimes like most people do. There’s an enormous difference.
