You do sound under a lot of pressure, from without and within. Go access your university mental health service; it'll do you a lot of good. And also speak to someone about your course; see what options you have to change something. Modules? A break? A job you can do with partial qualifications maybe? Or a change of course? Both these might help. Things will get better. Many people just like you, multiple reasons. Don't give up. It might be fun.
