Hi, after a lot of reading and speech therapy I am led to believe that to vastly improve a stutter you need to accept it first and desensitise yourself from it so basically you don’t care. Once the anxiety about stuttering has gone then you stutter a lot less. I am currently at the “don’t switch words” stage so stutter a lot more than I did in the past and talking about how stuttering feels with anyone that will listen.
