Why does is nobody in the voice channels on our Discord?

Why does is nobody in the voice channels on our Discord? I just joined and it’s completely inactive. I just want to practice my speech as much as possible, if anyone else wants to practice can you please comment your Discord username and maybe we can chat some time?
