Sorry I first replied on the wrong account lol. What I was saying was, you're totally right. In a lot of situations it really is just people in passing, and they aren't concerned with our stuttering. Well, really in all situations, people are more concerned with their own problems. The biggest issue for me though is regarding my career. It's hard to not let it affect my confidence in interviewing and interacting with new co-workers. Admittedly, once I've been on the job long enough, stuttering is mostly a non-issue.
