I did know of someone with a severe stutter who was not allowed to enlist, but stutters vary in severity. If you want to serve, I think the best thing to do would be to talk to a recruiter! And if they don’t think you’d be able to, it’d be worth getting a second opinion because not every recruiter will know the ins and outs of every job and how well a stutterer would do.
