Yes definitely, the advice I have to get over blocks is: * Can you speak right now and stutter? After you blocked just now, notice how you just now stuttered and ask yourself: 'Did I (in any way) anticipate or wait out for sufficient air pressure against my tongue, lips, throat and respiratory muscles?'. If you answered with 'yes'. Then during the presention you can do this: * Stop waiting out '***sufficient air pressure***', instead, completely replace this **unhelpful control** with a **helpful control**: control the forward flow of speech by positioning your starting articulators (lips, tongue, jaw and throat muscles) before you breathe out (to start a speech sound). * In combination with this **helpful control**: focus on opening your mouth (*instead of waiting out air pressure*). This helps me to get over blocks. Good luck! I got above tip from [this](https://www.reddit.com/r/Stutter/comments/12auh80/what_strategy_is_most_effective_for_your/) post.
