You are very close to understanding of the way how human tongue works naturally. In reality, it NEVER produces single consonant sounds. It falls down in our mouth and produces one speech “melody”, which contains from 2 to 5 sounds in one drop. The first sound (or even up to four sounds!) is consonant. And the last one is ALWAYS a vowel! So, Mother Nature has designed our tongue to ALWAYS blend the consonant ( or a few consonants) with the following vowel. Hope you understand:-)
