Sometimes I also can't say my name. Currently I'm a graduate from my college and have a decent IT job but because of stuttering I miss lots of good opportunities in my placement campus but today I don't have any regrets about that. I just want to give you some advice. First try to feel comfortable in your comfortable zone and the normal day to day life like shopping, general talk to strangers and something like that. Second which helps me take therapy, because it doesn't matter how good you do. You need someone who constantly watches you and points out where you are making a mistake and how you can solve that It might be some doctor, friend, family anyone. Third and most important which i feel is the most difficult and challenging is an initiative to do something challenging like give a presentation, interview, if you are going to some restaurant and make an order in person, buy tickets and something like that where you have fixed time and you are in queue ( because if you take more time other person will might be mad ). These steps help me a lot it's removed my 90 to 95% stammering and lips problem which i faced from a 5 year old. And yes there are some words which always make it difficult so try to ignore those words or find alternatives.
