Maybe there is a language issue here. But the phrase "You have a disability card?" I misunderstood what you were saying. There is a phrase in the US "that person is playing the race card, " or "Disability card" ANd it means that their experiences of racism, or discrimination based on their disability is not true, and that they are just trying to get attention, or benefits that they don't deserve and other really serious and ignorant implications. So I read your question as though you were saying that. I apologize if that isn't what you were trying to do.
