Don’t ever compromise your wishes and goals because of the stutter, especially because it’s way waaay better to do the job you like with the stutter than the job you don’t like that much with less opportunities to speak. After all, if you decide to form your future around speaking avoidance you’ll always have that feeling “had i not have the stutter I’d be doing chemistry now” which is not pleasant at all. You do you and you’ll be fine. May not be the easiest road but it will be worth it at the end. Good luck!!
