What jobs/careers do you have or do you suggest?

What jobs/careers do you have or do you suggest? So I've been out of college for a while (over a year) and am having a real hard time finding a job. I think it's purely because of my speech. I mean I went to a good school (my grades are okay) and I have the potential to be great. I truly work hard and want to have a good future. I've worked in seasonal positions so I know what it's like to work but can't find a legit job. All of the jobs I've had were in customer service/retail. My background is in business and I want to have a job in that field but I don't know what to do. I don't want to tell the interviewer because although they say they welcome all applicants, I can't help but feel that this is the reason why. When I go on phone interviews, it's bad. Same with in person interviews. Some tips/advice/encouragement? Thank you. I'm getting real sad that I may never find a job.
