Don't force words out :) and just speak slowly, as slowly as you need! Talk to yourself when you're alone (talk to your pets)! I use positive affirmations in the morning right when I wake up 1. I'm a great public speaker 2. People like to talk to me Say things differently, instead of saying "I'm <name>" (with difficulty). Change it up!!!! Say My name is <name>, nice to meet you. This will use. Different neural pathway that you're not used to! In our case this this good ;) :) Most of the things I've learned and used are from the Michael Williams program! Very recommended. His videos and advice are amazing. I'm a female who has had light to moderate situational stammering my whole life. Hope any of this helps!!
