Sorry to hear that. My best advice would be to keep looking for a pathologist who is doing remote therapy. I’ve heard that a lot of therapists are doing this now since the pandemic. Maybe there’s even a subreddit for pathologists where you can ask? I’ve never looked into it. Or, you may be able to call your insurance company and ask if they can recommended teletherapy companies that your insurance covers
