Sounds I suck at

Sounds I suck at I'm 17 have been stuttering for about a decade now, I can't say a J sound without stuttering and in spanish I stutter with the Q sound. However I also struggle with the R sound a lot but I don't stutter with it, it just sounds wierd, it's really frustrating but I don't know what's going on because I can say the R sound in spanish fairly well.
