I have stuttered since I was about 10 years old. Two of my sisters also stuttered and still do, not as much as I but they do have it. My father said he stuttered very badly as a kid and he still gets blocks sometimes at the age of 76. So my stuttering is definitely hereditary and will probably never go away completely. I'm 35 now.
