If you don't already, disclose your stutter right before the interview (I do it after the introduction/formalities.) Bonus points if you tell them that you are actively trying to improve it. I would also go into speech therapy. Look into vocational rehab too. They help people with disabilities get jobs and they will also pay for your speech therapy sessions!
