ya I would just ask them how they feel about it. I personally hate when people do that to me as it feels like they are taking my ideas away from me. Plus, what are the odds that they guess correctly? If they dont, now I need to stutter through correcting their guess. BUT, I know some stutterers feel relieved that someone else said the word so now they can stop trying to get it out.
