Non English stutterer

Non English stutterer English is not my first language and I have a speech block stutter, so when I travel and have to speak English, this adds up to a disaster, literally the chashier can’t hold his laugh and I just feel sad for all those people who try hard to read my lips instead of hearing my broken voice (my blocks are really bad). Actually my biggest fear is my career which is supposed to be academic, meaning that I will have to give lectures and explain stuff in English which is not my tounge and tbh I have no clue how I would be doing that
