Sorry for the delay in replying! The Audacity preset is on an old laptop that I can’t find. However on the app ‘Jammer’ (on iOS, not sure about other OSs) I turn the delay up all the way and I find this to be just as effective. It’s quite a big delay but I find it that works for me
