Thank you so much for these researchs. I ll try to practice it. In fact, i didn't practice a lot... I spent my life being self destructive. I found these methods recently because now i m a dad and i want to heal my past, to be a better person for my baby. So these last months i just watched a few vids of positive hypnose and subconscious reprogramming. I went only one time to microkinesitherapy 20 years ago. I went there to heal my leg. But he didn't heal my leg. In a few minutes this man detected traumas at very precise moments of my life, saying how old i was. And it matched with my memories. Even a "preconception trauma" (not sure about this translation). I remember that a lot of tears came to my eyes. I had absolutely no control of it. I never came back, i had to and today i regret it. So i think i ll do this therapy again When i was a teengarer, i followed a therapy called "Tomatis", it took years but my speech flow significatively improved. The purpose is to re-open the ears to frequencies it stopped to receive. In a defensive mechanism the body choose to protect himself from these frequencies, "and shut down the reception". The therapy practice is to listen a filtered music (Mozart), to hear it like if you were a baby in the mother's belly, to re-open the ears to these frequencies. Because the tongue (or speech) is linked to the ears. The way you hear influences the way you speak
