I resonated alot when you said something like "when you don't stutter you congratulate yourself, causing you to think about stuttering again, causing you to stutter" Thats a vicious and very frustrating cycle to be in. Any people try to overcome this cycle by being more fluent but that never works. How you actually stop this cycle is by changing your mindset on how stuttering affects you. If stuttering no longer affects you and you no longer hide from it.. how would the cycle continue? Are you taking any steps into changing this mindset?
