I know there are some people who don’t even notice the stuttering. I once had a Warrant Officer in the military tell me that I was the best storyteller had had ever met. He loved the passion I displayed, and the perfect way I could seemingly convey any story. I laughed when he told me that, but he insisted that he was being 100% genuine. Of course, that was back in my time of heavy alcohol consumption… so I’m sure that played a big role in my abilities at that time. That being said, I am one funny motherfucker. It just pisses me off how badly stuttering messes with my ability to convey anything even resembling effective comic timing.
