When you “notify” them do you say it as if to apologize or “brace” them? When I’m going out with girls I’ll just say “oh yeah I have a stutter too” when I have my first noticeable block or whatever and just keep going. I’ve never once had a girl be weird. Sometimes I get the sense that they’re intrigued. If I had “advice” it would be that it’s going to be as big a deal to them as it is to you. If you’re embarrassed by it then they’re going to match that energy. Definitely easier said than done but that’s been my experience. Most people actually don’t give a shit about how you talk.
