Do what works for you. Personally, and with the guidance of my speech therapist, I have brought it up. I usually start my introducing myself then mention I stammer to avoid any awkwardness. After that I don’t have anything “embarrassing” to hide (stammering isn’t embarrassing). I’m able to speak mostly fluent throughout the interview. Overall, just be yourself and you’ll be okay.
