So, the recruiter said that the company is currently putting that position on hold. It has not been officially approved yet. However...I was contacted a few days ago (different recruiter) about two other positions at my dream company! :) I did a short phone call with them and they said I would be a good fit and they will see if the hiring manager wants to move forward with an interview. Hopefully at least 1 of the 3 jobs will happen. If different recruiters are contacting me for different jobs within the same company, I think that's a good sign! Oddly enough, my speech has gotten much better. I don't know if it's the practicing or the fact that I am happier now that my job search is going well... but my interviews are going much smoothly now. I think I am better when I do them at work (in an empty conference room) because I am already "in the zone" with talking to people.
