1. Use a text-to-speech AAC app to speed up parts of your presentation because you say you don't want to omit things you want to say. AAC speech speed can be configured to be faster than even fluent people's usual speaking speed. 2. Not a solution, but record your presentation tomorrow so you can review it later. Not many people get a chance to see how they really react to questions. They may remember what they felt and what they said, but without a video record, they cannot know what they looked liked on the outside, how their face reacted while listening to a question, and what their posture look like during pause before answering a question, how they look like when they're thinking of what to say or how to say stuff.
