I love being told to "relax." Still an awful word. And Armydude19 is saying it about being 5'6"! My gorgeous father was 5"6"....I don't think he thought much about his height. But talk to a guy who's 5 feet. Might mostly be other men who give them shit about it (out loud), as you say, but ask someone that short what it's like.
