Tongue “Twitch”

Tongue “Twitch” Sometimes after a long day or a lot of talking (sometimes the same thing), I’ll feel a twitch or “seizing” of sort right at the base of my tongue that physically prevents me from speaking. Does anyone else have this strong of a physical symptom? I think it might be stress/exhaustion related, but I do sometimes fear it’ll get worse.
