The 'level' of my stuttering fluctuates over weeks/months/years but no matter how little I stutter, saying my name is the hardest thing to do. Also, my name is Steven and that's just sadistic for someone who stutters. In hindsight I'm a bit surprised that no one has ever called my 'Stuttering Steven' as a kid, I guess that was a missed chance for everyone (not that I've really had a problem being bullied or made fun of as a kid for my stuttering). I think the reason why saying your name is so hard is because it's a moment where everyone is looking at you and waiting for you to say one specific word at one specific moment, and if you're a bit late that already comes off as a bit weird. There's just too much building up to it. Sometimes it helps for me to do the "King's Speech"-approach: say "a"/"uh" before saying my name, so "My name is a-Steven"
